Lakewood National is a 1,390± acre site located within Lakewood Ranch in Manatee County. The site plan for the residential development and golf course was designed to preserve 183± acres of wetlands by concentrating a majority of the development within existing agricultural fields. This includes 99.7 percent of the wetlands within the Project.

Our services include environmental due diligence; annual wetland monitoring; listed species survey and species-specific survey for Sherman’s fox squirrel, crested caracara, and Florida scrub jay; wetland delineation; Southwest Florida Water Management District and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers wetland jurisdictional determinations and permitting; and coordination with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for federally listed species.
