The Lakes at Stono Ferry is a residential development project located in the Town of Hollywood in Charleston County. The property abuts the Stono River and is surrounded by the golf course. Field work conducted included a wetland jurisdictional determination and a threatened and endangered species survey.
We aided in acquiring a Nationwide Permit 29 through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Coastal Zone Consistency (CZC) and 401 authorizations from the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (DHEC/OCRM), and coordinated the purchase of freshwater wetland mitigation credits and recording the restrictive covenants.
